Chunky chili! Great on a cold winter night.

Recipe Ingredients for Chunky Chili

2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 lb ground beef 80% lean
1 pepper Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium Onions
3 clove Garlic
1 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Crushed Tomatoes
1 1/2 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 cup chili sauce

Recipe Directions for Chunky Chili

  1. Saute beef, strain, and set aside.

  2. Dice onion, green pepper, and jalapeno in EVOO until softened.

  3. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Add tomatoes, beans, beef, and chili powder.

  6. Simmer for 30min - 1 hour.

  7. The longer it simmers, the better the taste will be.

  8. Serve with pasta, bread, or just as is.
