Recipe Ingredients for Chunky Chicken Salad

4 cups chicken breast, baked and cubed
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 cup green grapes, quartered
1/2 cup apple, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1/2 t. garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Chunky Chicken Salad

Bake 4 skinless chicken breasts for 1 hour @ 375 degrees. Cube chicken, chop remaining ingredients and combine. Serve chilled.
