Recipe Ingredients for Chunky Banana Muffins

8 fl oz Original
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.75 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 large Egg, White
4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Chunky Banana Muffins

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Sift together 1 3/4 cups of flour with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

  3. With a fork, mash 3 overly ripe bananas together into a large mixing bowl.

  4. Take one harder banana, cut into small pieces, set aside.

  5. Using a spoon to mix, add vanilla, eggs, brown sugar and granulated sugar to mashed bananas.

  6. Using a spoon, add flour mixture to wet mixture.

  7. Slowly whisk the almond milk into the mixture.

  8. Add pieces of banana previously set aside to the mixture, use spoon to mix together.

  9. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350 degreees for approx. 20 minutes.

  10. Muffins will be very moist.

  11. Makes 12 muffins.
