Recipe Ingredients for Chunky Banana Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

1 1/2 Bananas
2 tbsp canola oil
1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp Whey, Sweet, Fluid
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
2/3 cup chopped banana chips
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups quick cooking oats

Recipe Directions for Chunky Banana Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

  1. Mash banana in a large bowl; stir in sugar, oil, and whey (can subst yogurt).

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Add wet to dry, then stir in chocolate chips and banana chips.

  4. Spread in greased 8x8 pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350.
