Recipe Ingredients for Chum's (Mom's) Low Cal Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 c. 1% Milk
200 g fat free, sugar free, strawberry yogurt
200 g strawberries, frozen, whole, unsweetened
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Chum's (Mom's) Low Cal Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  1. Freeze some fat free, sugar free yogurt to use for this recipe ahead of time.

  2. Soak frozen cups of yogurt in warm water for 1-2 minutes to loosen it from the container or if using larger size, chop desired amount of frozen yogurt from the container using a knife or spoon.

  3. Place all ingredients in the blender and set on smoothie or chop.

  4. You may use ice to extend the portions or to add a more slushy texture.
