So quick to make but full of flavor. Freeze and reheat in microwave for a quick lunch later. Serve an a bed of Chum's Rice Pilaf.

Recipe Ingredients for Chum's Beef Stir Fry

1 lb beef, lean, strips
1/2 onion, diced
3 c. stir fry vegetables, Oriental, frozen
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
2 tsp Splenda
1 c water
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chum's Beef Stir Fry

  1. Brown beef in olive oil do not turn until dark brown so as to seal in moisture (makes it more tender) and to add flavor.

  2. Add onions and continue to saute.

  3. Degrease the pan by adding water stir in frozen veggies (use 1/2 Oriental and 1/2 California), bring to a boil, cover to cook 2-3 min.

  4. In a cup mix cornstarch, Splenda, and soya sauce, toss into mixuture, continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Serve over a bed of rice or noodles.
