Recipe Ingredients for Chuck's Favorite Mac & Cheese

8 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
8 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
12 ounce cottage cheese
8 ounce sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp dried minced onion
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Recipe Directions for Chuck's Favorite Mac & Cheese

  1. Cook pasta al dente and drain

  2. Add cheeses, sour cream, minced onion and salt & pepper to taste.

  3. Place in casserole dish sprayed with Pam

  4. Mix melted butter with cracker crumbs and sprinkle on top of mac & cheese.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
