4 glass (3.5 fl oz) Wine, Table, Red
12 clove Garlic
2 tsp Pepper, Black
8 leaves Spices Whole Bay Leaves
4 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
4 packet Sweetener
20.5 oz ( 1 serving ) Beef, Chuck, Clod Roast

Recipe Directions for Chuck Roast with Veggies & Wine Sauce

  1. brown meat,

  2. add remaining ingredients except veggies and cook at 325 in slow cooker for 2 hours

  3. add veggies cook till tender about 1.5 hours longer.
