Recipe Ingredients for Chuck Roast with Veggies

4 cups beef broth
2 medium onions, sliced
4 large potatoes, chunked
3 cups carrots, chunked
2 lbs chuck roast

Recipe Directions for Chuck Roast with Veggies

  1. Braise Roast in Dutch oven.

  2. Add Beef broth and 1 cup of water

  3. Add Veggies

  4. Add seasonings

  5. Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for one plus hours.
