Recipe Ingredients for Chuck Roast Veggies (veggies only)

2 lbs carrots
1 lb green beans
3 yellow onions
5 cups red potatoes
2 yellow squash
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Chuck Roast Veggies (veggies only)

  1. Cut up all veggies and place them in the pan with beef chuck roast.

  2. Cover with 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 cup water.

  3. Cook for 4 hours at 350F.
