Recipe Ingredients for Christy's V8 Style Drink

4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Spinach
1 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
4 clove Garlic
0.33 medium raw Onion Red
5 tsp Thyme, Fresh
2.54 oz Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, Or Crimini
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
196 grams Squash Crookneck
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
4 inch slice Silken Tofu

Recipe Directions for Christy's V8 Style Drink

Cut everything in small pieces, Steam carrots and squash and blend everything in food processor chill. Drink straight or pour over whole wheat pasta, egg whites use as a dip for baked corn tortillas and enjoy!
