Delicious crunchy and smart! Full of Fiber and healthy cardio properties of cinnamon. REALLY GOOD!

Recipe Ingredients for Christy's Nutty Granola Bars

2 tbs Brown Flax Seed Organic
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
4 oz Cashew Nuts
4 oz Raw Sunflower Seeds Organic
4 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 tbsp Pure Clover Honey

Recipe Directions for Christy's Nutty Granola Bars

Mix everything in a bowl gradually adding warm water to create consistancy of dough. Press all into pam sprayed baking dish. Bake until desired texture. Soft is good too!
