Recipe Ingredients for Christos Thai Soup

1 cup chicken breast
2 red peppers
12 small mushrooms
1 cup fresh coriander
1 tbsp red curry paste
2 tbsp fish sauce
4 tbsp coconut milk
200 ml water
100 g asparagus
4 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Christos Thai Soup

Slice everything to 1 cm, put everything in a pot, except the lime and the coriander. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve with lime juice and coriander on top. Enjoy
