A tasty and very nutritious protein supplement that is very simple to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Christopher's Protein Bars More Fruit

1 cup rolled oats
1 scoop whey protein
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 T agave syrup (Optional)
1/3 cup dried blueberries
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 T olive oil
1 T ground flax seeds
1 T wheat germ
1 T Chia Seeds

Recipe Directions for Christopher's Protein Bars More Fruit

  1. Add all ingredients to medium mixing bowl and stir to thoroughly blend.

  2. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and line with a generous piece of plastic wrap.

  3. Add the mixture to the pan, spread evenly and press into the pan with fingers.

  4. Cover with the plastic wrap and refrigerate.

  5. When chilled, remove from pan and cut into bars,
