Easy tasty pie. Most people would use puff pastry instead of phyllo, but that would add 350 calories a serve, so I use phyllo!

Recipe Ingredients for Christmas Fish Pie

500 g cod
500 g salmon fillet
200 g phyllo pastry
500 g onion
30 g butter
1 T dill
1 T parsley
1 egg
1 t salt
1 t ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Christmas Fish Pie

  1. Cook unions in hot butter until tender - 5-10mins

  2. Add dill, parsley, salt and pepper

  3. Put salmon fillet on the pastry

  4. Layer onion mixture on salmon

  5. Layer cod on top

  6. Wrap the fish and onions in the pastry

  7. Glaze top with egg

  8. Bake 25 minutes until browned
