Recipe Ingredients for Christine's Lasagna

0.33 lb lasagna pasta
8 oz pasta sauce
1 lb ground beef
2 red bell peppers
10 oz spinach
1 lb mozzarella cheese
32 oz ricotta cheese
4 oz parmesan cheese
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Christine's Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Make lasagna pasta.

  2. Mix all cheeses together with beaten egg.

  3. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Lay lasagna down, add all ground beef, 1/3 of cheese mix and some pasta sauce.

  5. Lay another layer of lasagna down, add spinach down, 1/3 of cheese mix and some sauce.

  6. Lay another layer of lasagna down, add peppers down, 1/3 of cheese mix and some sauce.

  7. Lay down top layer of lasagna down, cover with sauce and grated cheese.

  8. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.

  9. Uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes.
