Cranberry salad, taken from Stan's mon

Recipe Ingredients for Christines Cranberry Salad

1/4 cup Mayonnaise,
1 cup sour cream, fat free,
1 cup pecans, chopped,
2 1/4 cups pineapple, crushed, medium sized can,
1 1/2 cups cranberry sauce, whole berry,
4 packages Jello, (it's really only 2 boxes-not 4),

Recipe Directions for Christines Cranberry Salad

  1. Dissolve 2 regular size boxes of sugar free cherry Jello in 2 cups of hot water and let thicken a little.

  2. Mix medium sized can of crushed pineapple, can of whole cranberry sauce and pecans together.

  3. Mix Mayonnaise and sour cream together.

  4. Blend well.

  5. Mix fruit and sour cream.

  6. Add jello to mixture and blend all ingredients well.

  7. Place in refrigerator over night.

  8. Serves 8
