1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup fructose
1 tbsp molasses
2 medium eggs

Recipe Directions for Chrissy's Pumpkin Custard

  1. Melt the butter, add to beaten eggs, mix in other ingredients.

  2. Bake at 325 F in water bath for one hour.
