Recipe Ingredients for Chrissy's Low Fat Granola

6 c. Rolled Oats
2 c. Chopped Almonds
1 1/2 c. Coconut
1/2 c. Splenda
1/2 c. Maple Syrup
1/2 c. Canola Oil
1 tbs. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Chrissy's Low Fat Granola

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients.

  2. Mix Wet Ingredients.

  3. Combine and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Spread on baking sheets.

  5. Bake at 300 degrees 30-45 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally.

  6. Let cool.
