Delicious topping for pasta and/or chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Chris's Slightly Spicy Pasta Topping

1 1/4 cup Vidalia onion , diced
5 oz garden peas
12 1/2 oz meijer del monte diced tomatoes , with green chilis
1 tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Chris's Slightly Spicy Pasta Topping

  1. Saute diced onions in B&B over medium until slightly translucent

  2. Add all ingredients except peas

  3. Reduce heat to low

  4. Add peas 2 minutes before removing from heat

  5. Serve over pasta or chicken
