1 fish cake is one serving I used Swai filets and poached them in a court bouillion

Recipe Ingredients for Chris's fish cakes

1 1/2 lbs cod
3 small potatoes
1 medium onion, grated
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup bread crumbs, fine
2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chris's fish cakes

  1. Puree fish,potatoes,onion, parsley and salt in blender

  2. Form 6 patties, coat with fine bread crumbs

  3. Bake in 400 oven till browned
