Recipe Ingredients for Chris' Lasagna

12 pieces dry No Boil Lasagna
28 oz Tomatoes
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
0.5 cup, sliced Onions
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Salt, Table
25 slices Sliced Turkey Pepperoni
3 serving Sweet Italian Style Chicken Sausage
4 oz Fresh Mozzarella
3 oz Manchego Cheese Wedge
3 oz Parmesan, Hard Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chris' Lasagna

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium high heat. Add garlic and spices, cook 30-60 seconds until fragrant. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add canned tomatoes, bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Blend sauce with immersion blender until smooth.

  2. In a casserole dish put some sauce on the bottom then begin layering noodles, meat, cheese, and sauce. Finish with sauce and parmesan cheese on top. Bake 375 for 45 minutes.
