Recipe Ingredients for Chris and Bob's Omlette V2

3 large egg whites
1 large whole egg
1/4 cup fat-free milk
2 pinch garlic salt
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 cup onion
1 small tomato
4 sprays canola oil
1 pinch rosemary
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch chili powder, chipotle
1 pinch paprika
1/2 cup fat-free cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Chris and Bob's Omlette V2

  1. chop peppers and onion

  2. spray pan with 2 sprays of canola

  3. saute peppers and onion

  4. add rosemary, black pepper, chili powder, paprika

  5. mix egg whites, whole egg, parsley and milk

  6. heat pan on med-high heat

  7. add mixture for omlette

  8. cook and flip

  9. add vegetables
