Chorizo and White Beans with plenty of greens and other good stuff

Recipe Ingredients for Chorizo and White Bean Chili

1/2 lb Chorizo
1 T chili powder
1/2 t red pepper flakes
1/2 t salt, kosher or sea
3 cloves garlic, halved
2 c chicken stock, low sodium
1/2 lb kale
1 lb white beans
1/2 c pepitas, raw
1/2 bell pepper
2 tsp white vinegar
3 c yellow onion, chopped
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
