Quick, easy and healthy. Little ingredients with a lot of flavor! This takes about 15 - 20 from pan to plate or bowl.

Recipe Ingredients for Chorizo Sausage and Quick Spanish Rice

2 cups brown rice (unprepared)
1 lb Chorizo Sausage
15 oz black beans
2 cups Salsa
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Recipe Directions for Chorizo Sausage and Quick Spanish Rice

  1. Prepare brown rice as instructed on package.

  2. Brown Chorizo Sausage until done. Drain if necessary.

  3. Add in the cooked rice, black beans (rinsed) Salsa and Cilantro. Cilantro is optional and you can add in more for the flavoring.

  4. Serve hot with a sprinkle of cheese on top. You can use this as one dish meal or filling for burritos.
