4 bell peppers
15 oz tomato sauce
2 cups cooked parboiled rice
1 1/2 link chorizo
4 kalamata olives, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated

  1. Miz stuffing and fill peppers (use 1/3 sauce).

  2. Put peppers and rest of sauce ein pan.

  3. Cook at 325 for 30-35 min.
