Recipe Ingredients for Chorizo Mexicano

6 oz Chorizo, Pork And Beef
1/2 cup Pepper, Banana
5 2/5 oz Onions
1 cup Original Diced Tomatoes
2 tsp Cilantro
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Paprika
2 1/2 tsp Cumin
2 1/2 tsp Garlic
2 1/2 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chorizo Mexicano

  1. Heat a pan on the stove on medium heat

  2. Chop Onion

  3. Chop Peppers

  4. Add olive oil to pan, wait until it is hot

  5. Add Onion and pepper to pan, cook 2 minutes

  6. Add chorizo and all spices to pan, cook about 3 minutes

  7. Drain diced tomatoes and add to pan.

  8. Cook about 1 minute, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes

  9. Serve on a low fat tortilla or over lettuce.
