Recipe Ingredients for chorizo hash

2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
3 oz Chorizo
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for chorizo hash

fry chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. add chorizo frry for 2-3 mins. Add cooked boield diced potatoes - Crack eggs on top and bake in oven 180*c for 8-9 mins. Serve with green salad.
