Recipe Ingredients for Chorizo and Eggs

9 oz Chorizo
2 large Egg, Whole
8 large Egg, White
1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Chorizo and Eggs

  1. Crumble the sausage into a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until evenly brown. Set aside.

  2. Heat skillet over medium heat. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and water. Spray the skillet with some cooking spray, and pour in the eggs. Cook and stir until almost firm. Add the chorizo, and continue cooking and stirring until firm.
