4 eggs
1/4 lb sausage
1 ear of corn

Recipe Directions for Chorizo Breakfast

  1. Scramble eggs.

  2. Shave ear of corn.

  3. Heat pan.

  4. Put chorizo in pan, cook until done.

  5. Add corn to cook in the natural fat of chorizo.

  6. Add eggs when corn looks half done.

  7. Season to taste.

  8. Serves 4
