Recipe Ingredients for Chopped Salad Vegetables

0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.5 cup Cauliflower
0.5 cup, diced Celery
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
2 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) Radishes

Recipe Directions for Chopped Salad Vegetables

Chop. Refirgerate for up to several days. Serve with homemade dressing of 1 T. EVOO and 2 T. Balsamic.
