Recipe Ingredients for Chopped Salad

1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup sugar snap peas, chopped
1/2 cup jicama, cut into match sticks
1 cup carrots, cut into match sticks

Recipe Directions for Chopped Salad

After preparing all ingredience toss together and divide on 4 plates. Top with your choice of dressing
