Recipe Ingredients for Chopped Salad

3 oz Lettuce Red or Green Leaf
2.99 oz Baby Butter and Crisp Tango Lettuces
6 oz Lettuce Red or Green Leaf
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
4 oz Carrots, Baby
1/2 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
6 oz Fuji Apples
1/2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese

Recipe Directions for Chopped Salad

Chop all ingredients between 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces. Mix together. Add favorite dressing.
