Recipe Ingredients for Chopped Greek Salad w/ Chicken

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2 1/2 cups chopped chicken, poached
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Chopped Greek Salad w/ Chicken

  1. Whisk vinegar, oil, dill, garlic salt, and pepper in a smallbowl.

  2. Separately toss lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives and feta.

  3. Divide among plates and drizzle with dressing. Serve with crusty bread.
