Recipe Ingredients for Chopped Apple Salad

1 medium apple (I used gala)
2 teaspoons unsalted sunflower seeds
1 T Tart Cherries
1/4 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 tsp honey

  2. 1. Begin by chopping your apple. The method I used to do so included first slicing my apple using a handy dandy apple slicer and then further chopping each wedge into smaller chunks.

  3. 2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together apple chunks, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and yogurt. You want to make sure that your mixture has a light coating of yogurt. Depending on the size of your apple, you may need to add another Tablespoon!
