Macaroni and ground beef in a tomato sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Chop Suey

2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 pound ground beef, browned
10 3/4 ounces (2 cans) condensed tomato soup
14 1/2 ounces (1 can) diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Chop Suey

  1. Cook macaroni as directed to desired tenderness.

  2. In a large frying pan, brown ground beef and drain excess fat.

  3. Add seasonings to ground beef.

  4. Add condensed soup and tomatoes to ground beef and heat gently.

  5. Add drained macaroni.
