It's really a goulash, but we always call it chop suey.

Recipe Ingredients for Chop Suey

1 lb hamburger
16 oz can tomatoes, undrained
16 oz tomato sauce
1/2 lb macaroni
1/2 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons basil

Recipe Directions for Chop Suey

  1. Saute hamburger and onion. Drain.

  2. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce & spices.

  3. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

  4. Add cooked macaroni.
