Recipe Ingredients for Chop Salad

9 oz Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
3 oz Peppers, Sweet, Green
2.998 oz Carrots, Baby
6 oz Tomatoes
2 serving Parmesan Shredded
40 croutons Fat Free Herb Seasoned

Recipe Directions for Chop Salad

Chop & shred all ingredients except to matoes. Quarter small tomatoes and add as granish. Dressing not included.
