3/8 oz garlic, minced
4 5/8 oz onion, chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp curry powder
9 oz sweet peas
8 5/8 oz garbanzo beans
8 5/8 oz frozen spinach
6 oz fat free plain yogurt
1/2 c chicken broth
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Chole Saag

  1. Stir fry garlic, onion, red pepper, cumin, and curry powder until onions translucent, about 5 minutes.

  2. Add beans, spinach, yogurt, broth, and salt and pepper to taste. Heat through.
