Recipe Ingredients for Chola Tikki

1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1/4 oz Coriander
15 g Pickle
2 tsp Ginger Root
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 fl oz Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Chola Tikki

  1. 1. Shred ginger and chop green coriander and chilli pepper.

  2. 2. Mash chickpeas.

  3. 3. Mash potatos

  4. 4. Mix ingredients

  5. 5. Oil hands and form 6-8 patties.

  6. 6. Fry in pan in as little oil as wanted.
