Recipe Ingredients for Choked Up Stuffing

16 oz. white bread (mixed herb stuffing, Melba toast or croûtons)
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp butter
1 1/4 cup vegetable broth
10 oz artichoke hearts

Recipe Directions for Choked Up Stuffing

  1. Prepare stuffing as directed on box

  2. add chopped artichoke hearts

  3. pour into buttered casserole dish (8" x 8" sq)

  4. bake covered at 350 for 1/2 hour

  5. bake uncovered for 10 more minutes to get crispy
