Recipe Ingredients for Chocolately Peanut Butter granola bars

1/2 cup Quaker oats
1/4 cup Gold Medal whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon chunky peanut butter
1/3 cup Craisins
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolately Peanut Butter granola bars

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Melt peanutbutter and honey together over a boiling pot of hot water. Make sure it's not too runny. Quickly pour the mixture into the dry ingredients. Use your hands too thoroughly mix the ingredients together. Fold in chocolate and cranberries.

  3. Press into a greased 8x8 in pan and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.

  4. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
