Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Weight Loss Shake

1 serving Coconut Milk
17 7/10 grams Dark Amber Maple Syrup
1 scoops 100% Whey Protein Booster

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Weight Loss Shake

  1. Note: Because the calories are so low on this, you can probably even double the maple syrup if you need more sweetness, or more whey if you want a thicker, more filling shake.

  2. Also note: I didn't log the 6 ice cubes in the recipe!

  3. Put 1 tbsp maple syrup in the bottom of a mixer (blender) cup. Add 1 cup of coconut or almond milk, 4 tbsps cocoa powder 1 scoop of whey protein (I use half a suggested serving) and 1 scoop of amazing grass powder.

  4. Add 6 ice cubes and blend until smooth.
