Recipe Ingredients for chocolate vegan granola bars

3 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup puffed rice
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup flax seeds
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 cup soymilk
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 tablespoons maple syrup

Recipe Directions for chocolate vegan granola bars

  1. Heat wet ingredients in saucepan.

  2. Mix wet into dry.

  3. Press into greased 9x9 pan

  4. Bake 25 minutes at 350.

  5. Cool completely before cutting.

  6. Refrigerate cut bars to last 1-2 weeks.
