Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Tapioca Pudding

1/8 cup tapioca
3 cups soy milk
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Tapioca Pudding

  1. Heat and stir soy milk and tapioca in glass bowl in microwave or on stove top until tapioca is translucent, about 10 minutes.

  2. Mix in chocolate chips and stir until melted. Refrigerate until set.
