Yummy, home-made chocolate surprises

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Surprises

3 Bananas
5 strawberries
10 almonds
10 g dried cranberries
5 g sesame seeds
5 g peanut butter
5 half Apricots
90 g Dark Chocolate

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Surprises

  1. 1. Spray your liner/ tray.

  2. 2. Melt your chocolate. If you?re using unsweetened chocolate, add some liquid sweetener unless you like the bitter taste of 100% chocolate.

  3. 3. Scoop about a half a teaspoon/ full teaspoon/ tablespoon of the melted chocolate into each ice cube, then stick the tray in the freezer for about ten minutes (to harden a little), then scoop about half a teaspoon/ full teaspoon/ tablespoon of the (topping) on top of the chocolate.

  4. 4. Top with about another 1/2 a teaspoon/ full teaspoon/ tablespoon of melted chocolate, and stick back in the fridge or freezer til hard.
