Modified chocolate squash bread for breakfast muffins.

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Squash muffins

1 cup turbinado sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups squash
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cup bread flour
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Squash muffins

  1. mix all dry ingredients together and set aside

  2. blend sugar, oil, butter, vanilla and eggs

  3. then add squash

  4. add dry ingredients little at a time

  5. then divide mix into to oiled and floured muffin pans

  6. bake at 350 for about 40-50 min until done
