Yummy not-good-for-you chocolate souffle

Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Souffle

8 large Egg, White
51 grams Egg, Yolk
2 cup Sugars, Granulated
8 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
4 oz Butter

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Souffle

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler

  2. Beat yolks and gradually add the two cups of sugar

  3. Add lemon juice to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks

  4. Add vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture once melted

  5. Fold yolk mixture into chocolate mixture

  6. Fold in whites

  7. Pour into ceramic molds (precoated with butter and sugar)

  8. Bake in 325 degree oven for 15-20 minutes

  9. Eat immediately and enjoy!
