Recipe Ingredients for Chocolate Souffle Cake

4 oz semisweet chocolate
4 oz dark chocolate
4 oz unsweetened chocolate
12 oz butter
7 eggs
6 1/2 oz sugar
2 1/2 oz cake flour

Recipe Directions for Chocolate Souffle Cake

Melt butter and chocolate over a double boiler. Whip the eggs and sugar to ribbons. Sift the flour with salt twice. Fold the butter and chocolate mixture into the eggs and sugar. Fold in the flour. Refrigerate overnight. Scoop into rings and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes (325 convection.)
