Vegan, gluten free, and low sugar chocolate silk pie

Recipe Ingredients for chocolate silk pie

13.3 oz Mor-nu, Tofu, Silken, Lite Firm
3 oz Chocolate Chips
8 oz Organic Premium
1 tbsp Coconut Crystals
1 tablespoon Agave Nectar
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 cup Almond Meal/Flour
10 packet In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp Carob Flour

Recipe Directions for chocolate silk pie

Make the crust by blending the almond flour and coconut oil, 1 pack of stevia, and 1 tb carob. blend the tofu, melted chocolate, vanilla, agave, and pour into crust. refrigerate. top with coconut whip cream, made by taking the cream off the top of the coconut milk and whipping with stevia and vanilla.
